The Daly Group LLC was selected by the Village of East Hazel Crest and the City of Homewood, Illinois as the Master Developer for a proposed Casino. The Daly Group LLC is the Development Partner for Wind Creek Hospitality and its proposed Four Diamond rated 252 room Wind Creek Hotel Resort and 70,000 square foot Casino.

THE SOUTHLAND LOGISTICS CENTER

The Daly Group LLC was selected by the Village of Harvey, Illinois as the Master Developer of a proposed 500,000 square foot logistics facility on the site of the former Dixie Square Shopping Center featured in the iconic Blues Brothers movie.

Ashland & Roosevelt

Anchored by Jewel-Osco this 110,000 square foot shopping center is located within the Illinois Medical District (Chicago, IL).

Gurnee Town Center

252,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta, Michaels, and Talbots in partnership with Rubloff Development (Gurnee, IL).

Midway Marketplace

485,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Herberger's, Mervyns, and Cub Foods (St. Paul, MN).

Grand Victoria Casino and Hotel

220 room hotel with a 40,000 sf dining & entertainment pavilion and an 18 hole championship golf course in partnership with Hyatt Gaming (Rising Sun, IN).

Duck Creek Plaza

Redevelopment of an enclosed regional mall constructed in the 1960's.  The project is anchored by Home Depot, Schnuck Markets, Walgreens, and Marshalls (Bettendorf, IA).
